a. Ensures expectations of customer are met through communicating best management practices, ensuring equipment is functional at all times, ensuring proactive customer follow up, and maintaining accurate level of inventory management

b. Creates rapport with hatchery personnel and management

d. Trains customers through established training program.

e. Timely delivery of trip reports and other operational documentation to customer

f. Effectively communicates customer issues/performance and data/market to team/supervisor

g. Effectively gives feedback of defective parts to repair utilizing proper communication channels and processes

l. Understands and embraces Nova-Tech specific service philosophies and practices including but not limited to contract and leasing structure, customer confidentiality, equipment utilization and customer profitability

m. Proven core knowledge of equipment, maintenance, repair/troubleshooting, and customer operational norms.
