主要工作職責JD
-負責各農場建設項目的實施，從項目準備、方案規劃到土建施工Responsible for the implementation ofdifferent farm construction projects, from project preparation, program planning to civil construction;
-管理協調不同的項目Manage and coordinate the different projects;
-提供技術支持和解決方案，確保安裝作業現場的溝通與協調Provide the technic support andsolutions,ensure the connection between the equipment and civil works at job site;
-優化工作流程，解決作業現場遇到的問題Optimize the work procedure and resolve the problems encountered atthe sites;
-確保實施科普利信技術標準與農場建設標準Ensure implementation of the technical standars and farmconstruction standards of Cooperl.
要求Requirements:
-土木工程/機械工程專業，本科學歷Bachelor degree, major in civil engineering/mechanical engineering
-5年農場建設經驗，2年項目管理經驗At least 5yrs of farm construction experience, 2yrs of project managementexperience
-適應出差Adapt to business trips/work at sites across China;
-執行力強，良好的解決問題的能力及溝通技巧Good execution ability, problem-solving ability andcommunication skills
-英語流利優先考慮Fluent English is preferred
-外企工作經歷優先考慮Experience in foreign company will be a plus
