職位概述： 我們正在和高校實驗室和研究院合作產品試驗，需要一位產品應用和動物飼養試驗協調員參與動物營養相關的試驗。試驗協調員將根據研發總監和實驗實施方共同設計的實驗規劃和要求，跟進試驗的執行，并對試驗報告分析和留檔。 理想的候選人應具有動物營養學、畜牧養殖或水產養殖相關專業背景和現場經驗，工作積極仔細、溝通能力強、動手能力強、能吃苦。 本全職崗位工作地點在上海，需要偶爾前往試驗地點出差。 主要職責： 1）理解與掌握試驗目的與方法：深入了解各項試驗的目標、設計方案和實施內容，熟悉相關的安全、倫理及監管要求，確保試驗符合行業標準和公司規范。 2）協調實驗資源與執行：與實驗室緊密溝通，確保試驗按計劃順利進行，包括測試方法的選擇、試驗動物或對象的安排、飼料原料準備以及相關設備配置，確保試驗符合既定目標。 3）全過程跟蹤與問題處理：負責試驗的全過程跟蹤與監控，確保各階段工作按時、按質完成。如遇突發或計劃外問題，能迅速協調各相關部門，并及時與研發總監溝通，提出并落實解決方案。 4）試驗報告整理與歸檔：全面記錄試驗過程及結果，撰寫規范、詳實的試驗報告，并做好系統化歸檔，以確保資料的可追溯性和便于未來檢索與復用。 5）技術趨勢跟蹤與匯報：持續關注動物營養與產品相關行業的前沿動態、新興研究及技術進展，定期整理并與研發經理共享，以支持研發工作的創新與優化。 要求： 1）動物營養學、畜牧及水產養殖學、生物化學或相關領域碩士學位。 2）熟悉試驗設計、數據收集和分析技術，具有試驗現場經驗，具有產品功能測試和營養分析的經驗。了解動物飼料試驗的監管標準和要求。 3）較強的組織和時間管理能力，注重細節；較強的問題解決和決策能力；能夠在跨職能團隊中有效工作并與各個部門協作。 4）出色的書面和口頭溝通技巧，能夠準備和提交清晰、簡潔的報告。 5）熟練使用 MS Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）和統計分析軟件（例如 SPSS、SAS 或 R）。 6）英語流利。 Position Overview: We are collaborating with university laboratories and research institutes Ｏn product trials and need a trial assistant to participate in animal nutrition related trials. The assistant will follow up Ｏn the execution of the trials and keep files Ｏn the trial reports according to the planning and requirements of the trials jointly designed by the R&D Director and the trial implementers. The ideal candidate should have an academic background and Ｏn-site experience in animal nutrition, animal husbandry, or aquaculture. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on, and has strong communication skills and a good work ethic. This is a full-time position based in Shanghai, with occasional travel required to trial sites. Main responsibilities: 1) Understanding and mastering the purpose and methods of the test: in-depth understanding of the objectives, design plan and implementation content of each test, familiar with the relevant safety, ethical and regulatory requirements, to ensure that the test is in line with the industry standards and the company's specifications. 2） Coordinate experimental resources and implementation: Communicate closely with the laboratory to ensure that the test is carried out smoothly according to the plan, including the selection of test methods, the arrangement of test animals or subjects, the preparation of feed ingredients and the configuration of related equipment, to ensure that the test is in line with the established goals. 3) Whole process tracking and problem handling: Responsible for the whole process of tracking and monitoring of the test to ensure that all phases of the work are completed Ｏn time and in good quality. In case of unexpected or unplanned problems, quickly coordinate with relevant departments and communicate with R&D director in time to propose and implement solutions. 4) Test report organization and archiving: Comprehensively record the test process and results, write standardized and detailed test reports, and do a good job of systematic archiving to ensure the traceability of the information and facilitate future retrieval and reuse. 5）Technology trend tracking and reporting: Continuously pay attention to the cutting-edge dynamics of the animal nutrition and product-related industries, emerging research and technological progress, and regularly collate and share them with R&D manager to support the innovation and optimization of R&D work. Qualifications: 1）Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Husbandry and Aquaculture, Biochemistry, or a related field. 2）Familiarity with experimental design, data collection, and analysis techniques; hands-on experience with trial implementation; experience in product functionality testing and nutritional analysis. Knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements for animal feed trials. 3）Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail; solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities; capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborating with various departments. 4）Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver clear, concise reports. 5）Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and statistical analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, or R. 6）Fluent in English.
